Top 10 Cool Tools for School

Here it goes!

I find this tool to be very useful for learning proper grammar, spelling, etc.  But this is the lease interactive tool I have read about.10.
9. HyperPhysics.  I love Physics!! I wish i would have known about this tool when I was taking my physics courses in high school.
8. Wicked.  I'm not a science teacher, so this website doesn't have any personal use, but I can see how it would be beneficial for science teachers.  It allows students to have a hands-on portion to their learning.
7. WikiSpaces.  I like how this tool is great for teachers and parents. Parent involvement  is an issue in some districts this is a great way to eliminate it.
6. Student Publishing.  This is a unique tool I have never heard of anything like this before!  This is a website that allows students to publish their own books!  This tool has the ability to motivate students and get them excited.
5. Super Teacher Tools.  This website has everything students and teachers would need ranging from review games to seating charts. This tool is very beneficial to all educators.
4. Wordle Wordle allows you to make word-collages which is a very interactive way to learn new things. To me English teachers can get the most out of this tool.
3. Teachertube This site is similar to Youtube,  including teaching-related videos that are useful in order to come up with new ideas and plans for the classroom. Great collaborating tool!
2. Pinterest. I really like printerest for my personal use but  I think it's abilities in the classroom are limited.  However, I see it being use more so in  elementary classrooms
I like the idea of smart boards I find them to be quite useful and interactive. You gotta appeal to those visual and kinestetic learners some how!
